fix bug qzb

• In docs and docstrings fix unit for gzb: not heat flow in W/m but total heat flow over the segment in W.
• In plots fix sign for gzb_m: plots show heat flow in W/m, but dividing gzb by negative depth values changes the sign of the heat load.
